IAUP V “Sir Enan Galaly” Seminar on Leadership Development for New Presidents and Emerging Leaders

From October 24 to 27, 2025, Caucasus University hosted the IAUP V "Sir Enan Galaly Seminar of Leadership Development designed for new presidents and emerging leaders.

The program participants had a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insights and experience from current and former university presidents, as well as leading international experts in higher education. Throughout the seminar, participants enhanced their leadership and top management skills and engaged in discussions and mentoring sessions.

The program was created especially for newly appointed presidents, university leaders who might become presidents in the near future, and current presidents seeking to further strengthen their leadership competencies.

The leadership seminar brought together representatives of higher education institutions from Bangladesh, China, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, the Netherlands, the UAE, and the United States.
